Quills

The Quill AP12 and AP22 developed by AdTime SA are tools designed for the AR20 burnishing machine. They are also adaptable on various different burnishing machines (retrofit).

With a life-long lubrication, it requires no maintenance and can manage rotation speeds of up to 8'000 rpm without heating up significantly.

Tapping units

The tapping unit is an equipment dedicated to AdTime machining centers. It is also adaptable on various different technologies (retrofit).

Equipped with two brushless motors, this small CNC unit is allowing a very precise work.

AdTime sensors detect the presence of tools such as high speed steel and hard metal taps or drills.

The AT2, AT4 and AT6 spindles developed by AdTime are reliable tools allowing very high precision machining.

Equipped with two Brushless motors, they are available in three versions of different power and speed.​

AT06 - 60,000 rpm - Ø 42mm
AT04 - 40,000 rpm - Ø 60mm
AT02 - 20,000 rpm - Ø 60mm
